St. Frances Cabrini Clinic

St. Frances Cabrini Clinic is a community outreach program of Most Holy Trinity Parish and the oldest free clinic in the United States, serving the Detroit community since 1950.

Through the dedication of our volunteers and community partners, we provide primary medical care, prescription assistance, mental health services, health education, prevention, and connections to essential community resources, all at no cost to our patients.

We are especially committed to serving individuals who are uninsured, economically disadvantaged, or may otherwise fall through the medical and social safety net.

At Cabrini Clinic, every person is welcomed and treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their ability to pay. Through service, education, prevention, and treatment, we strive to improve the health and well-being of our community while continuing the healing mission of Most Holy Trinity Parish.
