St. Frances Cabrini Clinic of Most Holy Trinity Parish is the oldest free clinic in the United States. Open to uninsured adults since 1950, our volunteers provide primary care, prescription assistance and mental health care.
As of October 2025, the Cabrini Clinic is under the administrative care of Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan. The Cabrini Clinic is now also the home of the Heart of Christ Clinic.
